Participants will gain hands on experience in an interactive workshop environment to explore the practice of requirements capture and management on an Agile software development project.
Specifically they will experience how to determine what is ‘just enough’ requirements capture for an Agile Iterative project, how much should be captured ‘Up Front”, and what factors need to be considered.
There will be a bias towards, but not limited to, user stories and how these can be used to effective¬ly prioritise and deliver fine grained features. Identifying product stakeholders, system boundaries, and also touch on the identification of domain concepts.
Prerequisites: Agile Foundation or proven equivalent knowledge.
