In this class teams will be taught the fundamentals of Lean and Kanban software development as well as the relationship between lean, Kanban and Agile. Attendees will also focus on how to adopt these practises within their Team
The course will focus on how Lean and Kanban deals with iterations , estimation and backlog prioritisation.
We will give an in-depth look at the relationship of Kanban to product development as well as how Kanban can be used by non-agile teams.
