Training is not enough. When you leave the training room, you
forget half of what you heard in one day. You lose it all in less
than two weeks unless you apply it immediately. In the Page‐
Jones hierarchy of expertise, training can only ever take
you as far as the Apprentice level of expertise—where you
have heard about it, read about it, but never done it.
Training can never cross the Threshold of Application to
Practitioner, Journeyman, and Master levels. To do that,
you need expert coaches & mentors working beside you.
