At Valtech we encourage our employees develop their skills on the job by learning and sharing with their colleagues. To support personal development activities, Valtech allocates funds annually for individual and group skill development activities.



Each Valtech employee is responsible for planning and carrying out his or her own personal development, with support from his or her closest superior. All Valtech employees should always strive to be inquisitive and to continuously develop within his or her field of competence.



Some of the activities are the same for the whole company or for a specific department, while others are individual and tailored to specific needs. Here are some of the personal development activities that Valtech employees have access to:
